The people who have actually had a significant impact on my understanding of leadership are my parents and my schoolteachers. The schools in which I have studied, I have had teachers that demonstrated and were very good examples of leadership. Throughout my school years, my teachers have guided me to become a good leader and understand its worth. I also had the opportunity to lead my class in school events and different activities. Likewise, my parents have also infused such ethics within me. Presently, I am following an NGO manager and my work is to look and serve the people who are in real need and require help. I suppose one day I too can acquire a position in management within the same organization.
